The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to develop new business and manage key accounts in carpet, flooring and interior materials. You will promote products, visit sites, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in carpet sales (or 7 in flooring; 10 in related interior design) and strong B2B sales experience. Diploma/degree in business or marketing is required. Driving licence is a plus for client visits.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including dealers, wholesalers, retailers and department stores.
• Promote carpet, carpet tiles, vinyl tiles, rugs and related flooring products through product samples and catalogues.
• Identify potential customers, including interior designers, architects, contractors and property developers.
• Develop new customer accounts and secure high-volume supply contracts.
• Manage key commercial accounts, negotiate pricing and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to establish quarterly sales targets and business development strategies.
• Conduct client visits, attend site meetings and provide product presentations.
• Coordinate with internal sales, warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor customer credit limits, payment terms and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system.

Role:
Senior Sales Executive (Carpet / Flooring / Interior Materials)

• Working Days: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm
• Salary: $3,000 Basic + $1,400 Transport Allowance + Quarterly Commission
• Location: Tagore Industrial Avenue (Nearest MRT: Ang Mo Kio)

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the carpet industry, OR 7 years in the flooring industry, OR 10 years in related interior design / furnishing industry
• Strong B2B sales experience with proven ability to manage customer accounts and develop new business
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence for client visits and site meetings
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams
