Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in business-related field.
• Minimum 5 years B2B sales in carpet/flooring interior sectors or 10 years related experience.
• Strong ability to manage key accounts and develop new business.
• Valid Class 3 driving license for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and maintain relationships with dealers, wholesalers, retailers, and department stores.
• Promote carpet, carpet tiles, vinyl tiles, rugs and related flooring products.
• Identify potential customers including interior designers and developers.
• Develop new accounts and secure high-volume supply contracts.
• Manage key commercial accounts; negotiate pricing and long-term relations.
• Work with Sales & Marketing Manager to set quarterly targets and strategies.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor credit limits and payment terms; follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare sales reports and CRM records.

Senior Sales Executive

Working Days: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm

Salary: $3,000 Basic + $1,400 Transport Allowance + Quarterly Commission

Location: Tagore Industrial Avenue (Nearest MRT: Ang Mo Kio)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including dealers, wholesalers, retailers and department stores
• Promote carpet, carpet tiles, vinyl tiles, rugs and related flooring products through product samples and catalogues
• Identify potential customers, including interior designers, architects, contractors and property developers
• Develop new customer accounts and secure high-volume supply contracts
• Manage key commercial accounts, negotiate pricing and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to establish quarterly sales targets and business development strategies
• Conduct client visits, attend site meetings and provide product presentations
• Coordinate with internal sales, warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Monitor customer credit limits, payment terms and follow up on outstanding payments
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the carpet industry, OR 7 years in the flooring industry, OR 10 years in related interior design / furnishing industry
• Strong B2B sales experience with proven ability to manage customer accounts and develop new business
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license for client visits and site meetings
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams
