The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager in Singapore to lead a team of five outdoor sales executives, drive revenue growth and strengthen market presence.

The role requires strong leadership and strategic planning across sales and marketing channels, including digital campaigns and trade shows. You will develop targets, monitor performance, and work with accounts to manage credit terms and collections, while coordinating closely with product launches and dealer

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in carpet, flooring or related interior materials industry will be an advantage.
• Proven experience in leading, coaching and managing a sales team.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence for client visits and site meetings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams.

• Prepare sales performance reports, forecasts and monitor sales pipeline through the CRM system.

Sales & Marketing Manager

• Working Days: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm
• Salary: $5000 - $6500 + Commission
• Transport Allowance: $1,500
• Location: Tagore Industrial Avenue (Nearest MRT: Ang Mo Kio)
