Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong track record in B2B relationships to grow carpet and flooring product sales in Singapore.

You will manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities and lead client visits and meetings to present products and close high-volume deals. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies with the Sales & Marketing Manager, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill orders, and maintaining accurate

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the carpet industry, OR 7 years in the flooring industry, OR 10 years in related interior design / furnishing industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including dealers, wholesalers, retailers and department stores.
• Promote carpet, carpet tiles, vinyl tiles, rugs and related flooring products through product samples and catalogues.
• Identify potential customers, including interior designers, architects, contractors and property developers.
• Develop new customer accounts and secure high-volume supply contracts.
• Manage key commercial accounts, negotiate pricing and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to establish quarterly sales targets and business development strategies.
• Conduct client visits, attend site meetings and provide product presentations.
• Coordinate with internal sales, warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor customer credit limits, payment terms and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system

• Working Days: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm
• Salary: $3,000 Basic + $1,400 Transport Allowance + Quarterly Commission
• Location: Tagore Industrial Avenue (Nearest MRT: Ang Mo Kio)

Job Requirements:
