Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve departmental targets across retrofit and add-on works.
    • Identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships to expand market share.
  • Client Engagement
    • Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with the Service Maintenance and Retrofit Projects teams to align sales efforts with operational capabilities.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Forecasting
    • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for senior management.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
    • All other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in building automation, M&E services, or retrofit projects.
  • Strong understanding of project-based sales cycles and solution selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
