Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve departmental targets across retrofit and add-on works.
- Identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships to expand market share.
- Client Engagement
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Service Maintenance and Retrofit Projects teams to align sales efforts with operational capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction.
- Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for senior management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- All other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in building automation, M&E services, or retrofit projects.
- Strong understanding of project-based sales cycles and solution selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience.
