Qualifications

• Fresh PhD graduates (0-2 years industry experience) are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 3+ years industry experience may be considered for Senior Research Scientist.
• Experience in external collaborations (academic or industry) is an advantage.
• Independent, resourceful, and adaptable, with strong teamwork and project ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and troubleshoot cell-based assays on Pluto.
• Translate scientific protocols into automation-ready workflows.
• Collaborate with external partners on joint studies and proof-of-concept projects.
• Identify workflow gaps and propose new Pluto applications.
• Mentor or be mentored depending on experience.
