Manage service sales across Malaysia, Indonesia and other regions
Drive sales of spare parts, services, and upgrades, owning the full cycle from quotation to order, TNS, and overdue collections.
Collaborate with customer service, field service, and ASMs to ensure timely delivery and aligned after-sales activities.
Coordinate and manage regional agents, including target setting, performance monitoring, and action tracking.
Conduct market analysis and develop short- and long-term service portfolio strategies.
Deliver monthly sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline.
Handle customer complaints and lead problem resolution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and agents through regular visits and technical/sales discussions.
Work closely with manufacturing sites to support projects and deliver customer-specific service solutions.
