Position Summary

We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available to be part of the Korn Ferry RPO team! Our client, a global FMCG leader in the Food & Beverage Industry is looking for a Senior Recruiter on a 6-month contract to be based in Pasir Panjang to work onsite (hybrid). As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process whilst being a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for a number of key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversity.
  • Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers and be involved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum successful output.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder and hiring manager relationships.
  • Utilise all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline and actively source candidates and build candidate talent pools.
  • Be a ‘recruitment best practice’ champion into the business and support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets.
  • Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks.
  • Maintain critical metrics and provide the highest data integrity within reporting.
Professional Experience
  • Extensive experience in a similar field, RPO or internal with a global organisation.
  • Prior experience in hiring for Consumer Products, Corporate Functions, eCommerce/Digital, Technical and Professional Services within the FMCG industry would be an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, IT Literate with MS Office suite.
  • Ability to interpret reporting data and advise on solutions for process innovation and high-performance working.
  • Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches as well as working with an ATS.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and show flexibility in a fast-moving environment.
  • Shown team working capability, stakeholder management and networking skills.
  • Ability to be involved in a wide range of talent acquisition projects.
  • Hybrid working model – 3 days in the office (Pasir Panjang) and 2 days WFH.
