Job summary

A leading events and HR firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified professional to manage contract administration and handle variation orders. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveying, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for liaising with suppliers and preparing quotations, requiring strong teamwork and independent working skills. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying or related studies.
• Min 3 years of working experience in a similar position.
• Excellent ability in contract administration and variation order.
• Meticulous, independent ability to work in a team.
• Prefer candidates with main-con experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle variation orders, progress claim and final account settlement.
• Prepare quotation and liaise with suppliers.
• Responsible for taking off of BQ.
