Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate accurate cost estimates and tender documents.

• Evaluate variations and their corresponding cost implications.

• Review tender and contract conditions to identify commercial risks.
• Ensure all tender submissions are completed punctually.
