Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor quotations.
• Administer contractual matters including progress claims and variations.
• Prepare and present monthly cost and progress reports.
• Liaise closely with clients and subcontractors for compliance.
• Support contract reviews and procurement strategies.
• Evaluate and manage subcontractor payments and final accounts.
• Drive value engineering and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with main contract conditions and regulations.
• Participate in site meetings and audits.
