Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced candidate to manage budget estimates, prepare tender submissions, and handle project claims. The ideal applicant will have a degree in Building Construction or Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry. This role demands strong time management and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently under pressure. Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications will be offered.

Job Description:
  • Responsible for budget estimate, cost checking, preparation of tender submission
  • Review specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and costing structures
  • Manage submission works, contractual requirements and VO
  • Handle progress claim, progress payment & finalization of accounts
  • Carry out quantity take-off for tendering and on-going projects
  • Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
  • Monitor actual construction vs contract work quantity to ensure cost is managed within budget throughout the project
  • Assist on project scheduling
  • Attend project/site meeting with customer, consultant and vendors
