Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Property Operations Manager to lead in-house security and cleaning, oversee building services, and uphold safety and presentations.

You will manage budgets, vendor contracts, SLAs, and KPI scorecards, while driving continuous improvement and governance across facilities. Diploma holders with 3+ years in commercial property management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Property Management or related field with at least 3 years in commercial property management.
• Experience in Grade A office buildings and with security/cleaning service providers.
• Budgeting, financial analysis and cost management experience.
• Experience setting up or transforming security/cleaning functions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the in-house security and cleaning team to ensure service excellence.
• Manage outsourced providers; establish SLAs and KPI scorecards.
• Oversee tender exercises, contract negotiations and procurement.
• Develop policies, SOPs and governance frameworks for operations.
• Monitor safety, compliance, and risk management across facilities.
• Coach and develop team members for operational effectiveness.
