Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Property Executive to support high-quality property and estate management in Singapore. You will ensure compliance with service standards, KPIs, and maintenance requirements while guiding junior staff and coordinating with contractors.

The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder engagement, and a focus on safety and operational efficiency within a busy facilities team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Building, Real Estate, Engineering, Estate Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property, estate, or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance operations, defect management, contractor supervision, and service delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• Support Property Managers in achieving service delivery standards and KPIs.
• Review team performance and guide juniors on OPERATIONS and TECHNICAL matters.
• Analyze feedback and service requests, identify recurring issues, and coordinate preventive measures with contractors.
• Coordinate defect rectification works from inspection through completion.
• Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure work meets established standards.
• Mentor and guide junior Property Officers on technical and operational matters.
• Assist in site inspections, stakeholder walks, and verification of work orders.
