Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a proactive Property Executive to manage day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, and maintenance matters, ensuring properties are well-maintained and tenants/owners are well-served.

The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in Real Estate or related field and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with strong negotiation, vendor management, budgeting, and compliance with building regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in property or facilities management.
• Familiarity with tenancy agreements, lease renewals, and basic property-related regulations.
• Good negotiation and tenant/owner relationship management skills.
• Ability to coordinate maintenance, repair works, and vendor/contractor management.
• Basic financial acumen for budgeting, service charges, and arrears follow-up.
• Strong organizational skills and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with property management software is a plus.
• Able to conduct property inspections and handle feedback/complaints professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations including maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.
• Handle tenant/owner enquiries, complaints, and lease matters.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and improvement works.
• Conduct regular property inspections and prepare condition reports.
• Assist in budget preparation, collection of fees/rentals, and arrears management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant property and building regulations.
