TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Property Operations & Vendor Manager to lead the in-house security and cleaning teams in Grade A office settings in Singapore. The role oversees outsourced providers, establishes SLAs and KPIs, and drives continuous improvement in service delivery.

You will manage budgets, conduct regular performance reviews, and lead tender exercises, contract negotiations and procurement activities to ensure value and quality across facilities operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Property Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in commercial property or Grade A office buildings.
• Experience recruiting and managing cleaning staff and security officers.
• Experience managing outsourced service providers, contractors and building operations.
• Experience budgeting, financial analysis and cost management.
• Prior involvement in setting up, transforming or insourcing security and cleaning functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the in-house security and cleaning team.
• Manage outsourced providers with SLAs, KPIs and scorecards.
• Conduct performance reviews and ensure value and quality.
• Lead tender exercises, contract negotiations and procurement.
• Drive continuous improvement across service providers.
• Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs and governance.
• Conduct inspections and audits to meet standards.
