A leading property management firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Facilities Management Property Manager to lead daily operations and facilities. You will ensure that all systems run smoothly and supervise contractors while adhering to high safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Facilities Management, has at least 5 years of experience, and possesses strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in building or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and car park operations.
• Possession of relevant professional certifications such as FSM, Green Mark, or IFMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ensure systems run smoothly.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and routine maintenance works.
• Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct regular building audits and inspections for compliance.
• Handle feedback and complaints from tenants and stakeholders.
