Job Description:
1. Commercial Management & Client Tender Management
  • Direct Customer Tender Management: Actively participate in the preparation and submission of client tenders. Ensure all aspects of tender documents, including pricing strategies and timelines, are well aligned with customer expectations and DPIS capabilities.
  • Costing & Pricing Strategy: Work with the Senior Manager to develop accurate project costing, cost forecasting, and pricing strategies that ensure competitive but profitable tender responses.
  • Client Proposal Support: Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Engineering, HSE, etc.) to prepare comprehensive and competitive tender proposals, ensuring they are aligned with both client needs and DPIS operational capabilities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring high levels of satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Act as the point of contact for all project-related matters.
2. Project Coordination & Execution
  • Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day execution of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Client Interaction: Regularly interact with clients to provide project updates, address issues, and manage expectations.
  • Cost and Time Management: Monitor and ensure that all projects stay within agreed-upon budgets and timelines. Address any project delays or budget overruns by identifying corrective actions.
  • Team Support: Assist in managing project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources, information, and support to meet project objectives.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to senior management, including cost estimates, progress tracking, risk assessments, and other relevant documentation. Ensure all reporting meets DPIS standards and client requirements.
3. Risk & Quality Management
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks, develop and implement mitigation strategies, and ensure risks are communicated to senior management.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables is maintained throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
4. Collaboration with Senior Management
  • Support Senior Manager: Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Key Project Management to provide insights, status updates, and recommendations on improving project execution, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing development of project management best practices and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and project success.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business, or a related field (Preferred)
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or similar (Preferred)
  • 5–7 years of experience in project management within logistics, EPC, or other related industries.
  • Proven ability to manage projects of varying complexity and scale, particularly in commercial environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing client tenders, with a focus on accurate costing, pricing strategies, and profitable bids.
  • Strong knowledge of EPC project management, project delivery processes, and customer engagement.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills with experience in managing project teams and resources.
  • Time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Client relationship management experience and the ability to interact effectively with clients and senior management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
