Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead multiple signage projects from concept design to completion. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of project execution — including client communication, budgeting, scheduling, site coordination, and team management — ensuring timely delivery, superior quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple signage projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Oversee and guide project teams through planning, design, fabrication, and installation stages.
  • Conduct detailed project planning, including resource allocation, cost estimation, and risk management.
  • Review technical drawings, materials, and production methods to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
  • Supervise site inspections and ensure all installations meet safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions proactively.
  • Manage and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to achieve optimal cost and performance outcomes.
  • Lead project reporting, including progress updates, budget tracking, and post-project evaluation.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and coordinators, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of project management experience in the signage, construction, or interior fit-out industry, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of signage fabrication processes, materials, and installation methods.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale or complex projects.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling software.
  • A valid Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
