Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and driven Product and Operations lead to drive the strategy and execution of product and live operations for our mobile games. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-impact game updates, live events, and player engagement initiatives across global markets.

You will work closely with producers, developers, artists, marketers, and data analysts to drive performance, optimize player retention and monetization, and ensure operational excellence throughout the game lifecycle. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, executional focus, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced, live service environment.

Role Requirements
  • Lead and manage mobile game F2P product roadmaps, live operations, and updates across multiple countries.
  • Define product strategies and translate them into actionable operational plans.
  • Oversee content release schedules, ensuring timely delivery of events, features, and updates.
  • Coordinate builds, version control, and multi‑region release deployments.
  • Set and monitor key KPIs (DAU, Retention, ARPDAU, ARPU, Conversion) to evaluate and optimize performance.
  • Analyze game data, trends, and player behavior to improve monetization and engagement.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and product evaluations to guide strategy.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, art, QA, and marketing teams to ensure alignment.
  • Review and validate live events and in‑game content to maintain quality and player impact.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in online or mobile gaming F2P mobile.
  • Proven experience operating large-scale MMO, RPG, or Shooter mobile games with high DAU in SEA, Greater China, or LATAM.
  • Deep understanding of Free‑to‑Play systems, monetization, and live ops optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient with data tools and KPI‑driven decision‑making.
  • Experience in UX flow design, feature specs, and product documentation.
  • Knowledge of player community management and engagement programs.
  • Familiar with localization and AI‑based customer support (chatbots, FAQ automation).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic, cross‑regional environments.
  • Up to date with emerging tech, AI tools, and gaming market trends.
  • Bonus: Experience with Python, ChatGPT API, or AI‑driven operations tools.
