About the Team Our team is at the forefront of building and optimizing content safety systems. With a focus on optimising and advancing content safety, we leverage advanced large language and multimodal models to enhance review efficiency, risk control, and user trust.

Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, we deliver scalable solutions that keep pace with rapid global growth.

• Responsible for optimizing and iterating the live streaming content safety review capabilities.
• Utilise advanced large models and multi‑modal models to improve existing review processes and strategies, achieving risk control goals and maximizing review efficiency.
• Optimize functions and processes based on business objectives and data analysis. Build generalized platform capabilities to support rapidly growing business, enhancing review efficiency and user experience.
• Coordinate with business teams, R&D, and operations to investigate and analyse requirements, produce requirement documents, coordinate resources, and drive the implementation of requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Over 5 years of experience in Internet Product management.
• At least 1 year of experience related to building moderation / Risk Control systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to drive projects forward in complex, multi‑business, multi‑department environments independently.
• Strong in problem‑solving, issue‑resolution, working in a deadline‑driven environment, attention to detail, and multitasking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with B‑end platforms.
• Relevant experience in Prompt Engineering or with large language models/multimodal AI technologies.
