About the Role

The ideal candidate will bring an established vendor network within the cruise or marine industry and have hands‑on experience managing suppliers, negotiations, and project‑based procurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full procurement cycle for cruise-ship and marine projects.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for marine and cruise-ship materials, equipment, and systems.
  • Utilize existing vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain and expand the companys vendor database, ensuring long‑term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with project, engineering, and finance teams to meet project timelines and budget targets.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations, performance reviews, and market benchmarking.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures and quality standards.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimize procurement processes and cost efficiency.
