Job summary

Arcfra Pte. Ltd. is seeking a passionate Pre-Sales Solution Engineer in Singapore to bridge sales and technology.

You will partner with Account Managers to design customer solutions, deliver product demonstrations, and align Arcfra's Enterprise Cloud Platform to business needs, guiding customers through their transformation journey. Responsibilities include delivering tailored demos, architecting hybrid/multi-cloud solutions, enabling partners, and driving revenue growth while maintaining strong

Qualifications

5–10+ years of technical pre-sales, systems engineering, or solutions architecture experience in enterprise IT/high-tech sales.
Deep knowledge of HCI, virtualization, enterprise storage, Kubernetes, networking concepts (TCP/IP, BGP/OSPF) and hybrid/multi-cloud infra.
Familiarity with VMware technologies (vSphere, vSAN, NSX) and cloud management platforms.
Industry certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or AWS/Azure/GCP credentials preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to translate complex tech into business value.

Responsibilities

Deliver tailored product demos, whiteboard sessions, and PoC validations for customers and channel partners.
Architect hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure solutions; map workloads to private cloud platforms.
Train and enable partners; respond to RFPs with accurate product capability insights; build long-term customer relationships.
