Job summary

Cloudwise is seeking a highly motivated Lead Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in Singapore. You will design scalable, secure solutions, develop architecture blueprints, and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years in pre-sales or SA-related roles, with experience in Financial Services or Government sectors and SaaS/AIOps domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of working experience in pre-sales or SA-related positions in banking, government sector or telco industry.
• Industry expertise in Financial Services (FSI) or Government sector.
• Experience in software or SaaS industry, preferably with AIOps / ITSM / ITOM / APM / AI solutions.
• Candidates with experience as architects on large projects and delivery experience on complex projects are preferred.
• Professional skill in Presentation, POC.
• Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• AWS/Azure/GCP certifications are a plus.
• English proficiency required; Mandarin is an advantage for regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Design scalable, efficient, and secure solutions that align with business goals.
• Develop high-level architecture blueprints and detailed design documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks to achieve desired outcomes.
• Strong hands-on execution skills, with the ability to identify customers’ pain points and needs, align on success criteria, and ensure solutions meet security, regulatory, and industry best-practice standards.
• Ensure clear and transparent communication throughout the testing process, with written confirmation at each stage; establish key milestones and drive successful delivery and outcome conversion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve architectural challenges and issues.
• Conduct performance analysis and optimization of existing systems.
