Job summary

NCS in Singapore seeks a Senior Consultant to lead presales and solution architecture for enterprise clients. You will bridge business needs with technical capabilities, guiding the design, proposals, and lifecycle of complex solutions.

In this role you will work with sales and delivery teams to ensure viable, profitable outcomes. Strong communication, leadership, and cloud/ERP/CRM expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in consulting, presales, or solution architecture roles.
• Experience designing and architecting enterprise solutions for complex environments.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven client engagement, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with business requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution proposals.
• Project management experience managing multiple engagements.
• Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes and sales enablement activities.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern enterprise architectures.
• Industry expertise in digital transformation, financial services, healthcare, or manufacturing.
• Due to project sensitivity, Singapore Citizen only.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales activities and solution design engagements with enterprise clients.
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical solutions.
• Conduct discovery sessions and business analysis to understand objectives and constraints.
• Develop and present solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and business cases for executives.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and support deal progression.
• Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective enterprise solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to junior consultants and implementation teams.
• Analyze market trends to position solutions and maintain competitive edge.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across technical, business, and executive groups.
• Contribute to RFP/RFQ responses with detailed specifications and roadmaps.
• Stay current with technology advancements and drive continuous improvement.
