Cloudsway Inc. in Singapore is seeking an experienced architect/pre-sales engineer to lead strategic technology engagements with global customers and help sales achieve business outcomes.

You will design viable, competitive solutions, guide implementation, run POCs and performance tests, and share expertise through technical sessions while collaborating with product teams to build scalable, reliable IT systems.

Formación

• 5+ years as an architect or pre-sales engineer.
• Deep experience in at least one internet industry vertical; understanding of industry value chains, business model and technology development trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to actively uncover customer needs and drive solution implementation with product teams.
• Strong curiosity for new technologies and willingness to innovate.
• Hands-on POC capability and strong solution-writing skills.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
• English proficiency for business communication.
• Experience in open-source contributions or overseas work is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pre-sales engagements for global customers, supporting sales to achieve business results.
• Act as a technical expert to design viable, competitive solutions and guide internal and external teams through implementation.
• Build industry influence by organizing salons and delivering technical sharing sessions.
• Participate in solution evaluations, POCs, and performance/security testing to ensure cost-effective and robust solutions.
• Provide consulting on technical architecture, helping customers build scalable, highly available systems; help developing clients build their business systems, monitoring systems, DevOps, big data, and AI-related subsystems, enhancing their overall IT capability across cost, efficiency, and stability.
