Job summary

Arcfra Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Professional Services Engineer in Singapore to deliver enterprise infrastructure projects on Arcfra’s full-stack cloud platform.

You will translate customer requirements into deployable technical solutions and manage deployment, migration, integration, validation, and handover from planning to go-live. The role requires hands-on virtualization, private cloud, and storage expertise, with customer-facing delivery, workshops, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years in enterprise infrastructure delivery, virtualization, private cloud, or cloud platform implementation
• Experience delivering at least two enterprise infrastructure projects involving deployment, migration, or disaster recovery
• Customer-facing technical consulting or implementation engineering experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Arcfra Enterprise Cloud Platform projects
• Conduct technical discovery, readiness reviews, and workshops with customers
• Develop implementation plans, runbooks, migration plans, and handover documentation
• Install, configure, validate, and optimise platform components across compute, storage, networking, and DR
• Deliver virtualization and private-cloud projects including VM provisioning, HA, live migration, and network/storage configuration
