• 7+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience establishing and leading a PMO in digital or Martech environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PMO policies and standards.
• Manage the complete portfolio of Martech and digital projects.
• Provide leadership for high-risk projects and ensure success criteria.
• Collaborate for resource and capacity planning.
• Oversee project financials in collaboration with Finance.
