The Senior Performance Marketing Manager facilitates the planning, execution, and ongoing management of strategic marketing programs in their designated region, with a specific focus on generating qualified demand leading to customer revenue. The position oversees the creation of goals, audience segmentation, multi-channel marketing mix, activation across channels, and measurement to ensure strategic program outcomes are achieved and the customer experience is optimal throughout their buying journey. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role requiring a business strategy mindset in addition to advanced knowledge in customer analytics, customer experience, and omnichannel marketing practices.
