A leading fashion organization in Singapore is looking for a Senior People & Talent Executive to enhance employee experiences and build a culture of excellence. The role involves managing the employee journey, overseeing payroll, and driving talent acquisition. The ideal candidate has a graduate degree and 3–6 years of experience in related fields. DORS, the retail showcase located at level one of Design Orchard and situated in the centre of Orchard Road, provides a physical retail space for new and emerging designers, at the renowned shopping belt of Singapore. It has the largest collection of locally based designer brands in Singapore.
TCS (The Cocoon Space) offers creative co-working and event space housed on level 2 and rooftop of Design Orchard.
About the Role

You’ll play a hands-on role in building world-class people processes, including competency frameworks and learning journeys for both retail front-line and corporate teams, supporting SFC’s mission to be the vibrant Asian hub for Responsible Fashion.
