The Role

We're hiring a Senior Outbound Sales Rep (2IC) to ensure the Growth function runs smoothly, predictably, and at scale — even when leadership isn’t in the room. You'll own day-to-day operational health and delivery quality toward clients, enforce standards, support seniors with prioritization/escalation, spot/fix systemic issues, help onboard/ramp new reps fast, and act as the first escalation point before leadership.

What You’ll Do
  • Own day-to-day operational health and client delivery consistency across the Growth function.
  • Enforce standards across qualification, SalesOS hygiene, and outbound execution.
  • Support senior reps with prioritization, escalation handling, and quick decision-making.
  • Spot systemic issues (process gaps, capacity constraints, quality drops) and implement fixes fast.
  • Help onboard and ramp new reps quickly and effectively.
  • Act as first escalation point for operational/delivery issues before leadership involvement.
30/60/90 Outcomes
  1. Day 30 – Standards fully enforced; first onboarding/ramp completed; key systemic gaps identified and initial fixes shipped.
  2. Day 60 – Fewer delivery surprises; consistent client-facing quality; escalation volume reduced materially.
  3. Day 90 – Growth delivery predictable and scalable; leadership can step away without dips in client outcomes; ramp times shortened.
You Are
  • Senior outbound operator — proven in consistent delivery, low no-shows, high-quality meetings.
  • Operational reliability expert — enforce standards, spot/fix systemic issues proactively.
  • Coverage player — step in seamlessly to maintain delivery when leadership is unavailable.
  • Onboarding/ramp specialist — get new reps productive fast with clear guidance.
  • Results-driven — outcomes > hours; focus on client-facing performance.
  • Fluent English; German is a big plus; other languages welcome.

  • Fewer fires and surprises in delivery toward clients.
  • Consistent standards and quality across all outbound execution.
