Qualifications

  • 8 to 10+ years of Human Resource (HR) experience.
  • Prior experience in a consulting capacity at a large consulting firm.
  • Experience with the business context of the technology industry.
  • Prior HRBP/HR Generalist experience in the technology industry.
  • Business context experience within Sales, Services, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic business support for people modernization.
  • Assist with organizational development needs and initiatives.
  • Identify areas of improvement to meet business objectives.
  • Lead initiatives for organizational development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance best practices.
