Senior Operations Officer, Industrial (Soft Facility Management)

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd is looking for a Senior Operations Officer to manage daily soft services operations and maintenance of properties.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the daily facility management operations and maintenance of properties.
  • Manage service providers for maintenance works and obtain quotations for maintenance/improvement works.
  • Attend to tenants' feedback and liaise with tenants to maintain a good tenant‑landlord relationship.
  • Facilitate the handing over/taking over of premises from tenants.
  • Process and monitor tenants' fitting out works.
  • Walk the ground regularly to inspect the condition of the properties and highlight any works to be done where appropriate.
  • Carry out forecasting, budgeting and accrual.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Building, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in building operations management.
  • Knowledge of potential work hazards, safety procedures and public safety matters.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel); experience with SAP is an added advantage.
  • Meticulous, organized and able to multi‑task with an understanding of building services.
  • Flexible with location – may be rotated/posted to different locations across Singapore.
