  • Supervising multi-disciplinary teams, including cleaning, maintenance, and groundskeeping staff.
  • Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained.
  • Managing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Planning for future development aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and legislative requirements for the building and facilities.
  • Verifying that work by staff or contractors is completed satisfactorily and addressing any deficiencies.
  • Leading and coordinating teams across various responsibilities, including hands-on tasks.
  • Using performance management techniques to monitor service levels and lead improvements.
  • Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues and managing their consequences.
  • Performing any other duties as required by management.

  5. Planning for future development aligned with strategic business objectives.
  6. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and legislative requirements for the building and facilities.
  7. Verifying that work by staff or contractors is completed satisfactorily and addressing any deficiencies.
  8. Leading and coordinating teams across various responsibilities, including hands-on tasks like setting up function rooms when required.
  9. Using performance management techniques to monitor service levels and lead improvements.
  10. Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues and managing their consequences.
  11. Performing any other duties as required by management.

Note: Candidates with more years of experience may be considered for higher positions.
