Operations Executive (Foodcourt) typically oversees the daily operations of a food court, ensuring that it runs efficiently and smoothly. Responsible for managing the daily operations of a food court including drinks operations, ensuring a high standard of service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with stall partners, maintaining operational efficiency, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations Management
- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the food court.
- Ensure all food stalls adhere to operational standards and guidelines.
- Monitor and optimize workflow to enhance customer experience.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality.
2. Partners/Vendor Coordination
- Liaise with food stall operators to address their needs and concerns.
- Ensure partners/vendors comply with contractual agreements and food court policies.
3. Customer Experience
- Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation meet brand standards.
- Oversee seating management and crowd control during peak hours.
4. Hygiene and Safety
- Oversee the cleanliness and hygiene of the food court / food stalls.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain standards.
5. Staff Management
- Supervise and manage staff, including cleaners, dishwasher and drink stall.
- Prepare and manage duty roster.
- Train new and existing staff
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or corrective action when needed.
6. Compliance and Reporting
- Conduct regular audits for food hygiene and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Prepare and submit operational and sales reports to management.
- Track daily sales, cash collections, and billing reports from vendors.
7. Inventory and Supplies
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning and dishwashing supplies and equipment.
- Monitor stock usage and implement cost control measures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in food court operations or F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling.
