Responsibilities
  • Perform pre-processing verification of customers’ remittances/cross-border payments.
  • Perform data entry and approval of remittance payments, including MT191 charges.
  • Ensure remittance payments including time-sensitive and critical payments are prioritized and released timely.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and ensure timely closures.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of payment instructions and control checks.
  • Perform reconciliation of NOSTRO and General Ledger accounts.
  • Ensure processing are within SLA standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree with minimum 1 year of working experience.
  • Good interpersonal skills with positive attitude.
  • Strong team player who is able to work independently and motivate the team.
  • Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous and strong follow-up skills.
  • Versatile and able to multi-task across functions and various platforms effectively.
