Job summary

A facilities management company based in Singapore is seeking a candidate with a Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management or a related field. The ideal applicant should have 4-5 years of experience in facilities operations and possess strong technical knowledge of systems such as HVAC and fire suppression. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent communication skills are also essential for this role. This position requires the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in facilities operations or corporate real estate, preferably within financial or IT-driven environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UPS, generator systems, electrical distribution, HVAC, and fire suppression (FM-200/pre-action).
  • Experience managing door access control and CCTV systems.
  • Familiarity with vendor management, building management systems (BMS), and compliance reporting.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong skills in applying formulas, analysing datasets, and generating reports.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
