Job description

What will be the scope of work?

• Oversee daily tasks and workflow of junior nurses
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and onboarding for new nursing team members
• Stay updated with Ministry of Health (MoH) regulations and ensure relevant information is shared with the clinic team
• Deliver personalized patient services, including appointment scheduling, registration, medication dispensing, and billing
• Ensure high-quality patient care by providing education and support during fertility, IVF, and pregnancy journeys
• Assist doctors with chaperoning duties and minor clinical procedures
• Educate patients undergoing egg freezing, IVF treatments, or antenatal care
• Support doctors during procedures in operating theatres
• Manage administrative tasks such as responding to patient inquiries and coordinating with external healthcare teams and insurance companies
• Handle medical supplies and stock inventory, ensuring proper storage and timely ordering
