Job description

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network and security solutions including routers, switches, wireless systems, load balancers, and other devices.
• Perform racking and stacking of network equipment for deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and security issues such as connectivity, configuration, and traffic analysis.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and solutions are aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of network solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including Low‐Level Design, TDS, As‐built, UAT, and SAT documents.
• Obtain client sign‑off on all project documentation for closure.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal operations teams.
• Provide mentorship and lead knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in network design and deployment.
• Strong expertise in routing and switching protocols such as BGP, OSPF, Multicast, VSS, Spanning Tree, and MPLS L3VPN.
• Hands‑on experience with wireless technologies including Cisco WLC, Aruba, Prime, MSE/CMX, DNAC, and Ekahau Site Survey.
• Familiarity with data centre technologies such as Cisco Nexus VDC, VPC, FEX, VXLAN, and ACI.
• Solid understanding of firewall technologies including IPSEC VPN, SSL VPN, IPS/IDS, Cisco ASA, Firepower, and Fortigate.
• Knowledge of network access control products such as Aruba Clearpass Policy Manager and Cisco ISE.
• Current CCNP certification required; CCIE certification is an added advantage.
