Designation: Senior Marketing Manager
Job Summary
The Senior Marketing Manager will drive the Company’s marketing strategy, and communications. The role focuses on strengthening brand equity, elevating market visibility, and delivering integrated, data-driven campaigns that drive demand and customer conversion. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial acumen, B2C marketing experience, and a proven ability to deliver high-impact content and omnichannel marketing initiatives.
This role requires excellence in content creation, storytelling, and stakeholder management, along with solid experience working with PR agencies and media/journalists in Singapore. The candidate must also be capable of managing communication responses during sensitive or crisis situations to safeguard the Company’s reputation.
Key Responsibilities
I. Communications & Market Positioning Leadership
- Develop and refine the Company’s positioning strategy to ensure clarity and consistency across all markets.
- Lead the creation of impactful marketing materials—including digital content, video assets, articles, and social media narratives—to strengthen visibility and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with country teams to design targeted campaigns that support market expansion and lead-generation goals.
- Support product and service rollouts with strategic communication plans and market-entry initiatives.
- Use analytics, customer behavior insights, and market research to guide communication themes and creative direction.
- Establish communication standards and identity guidelines to maintain coherence across all Company entities.
- Manage communication responses during sensitive or high-risk situations, ensuring timely, accurate, and reputation-protecting messaging across all channels.
II. Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing programmes across digital platforms, social media, PR, and offline touchpoints to enhance market presence.
- Manage the Company’s social media communication strategy, ensuring alignment, audience engagement, and consistent messaging.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with PR agencies, journalists, and media outlets in Singapore to increase visibility and strengthen corporate reputation.
- Identify new market opportunities and support initiatives that improve customer experience, expand reach, and drive revenue.
- Oversee campaign development from planning to execution, continuously evaluating performance to improve impact.
III. Insights, Innovation & Market Development
- Lead research initiatives to identify market trends, competitive shifts, and customer insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with senior leadership to explore new service ideas, product opportunities, and emerging customer segments.
- Apply data-driven assessments to evaluate audience segments, channel performance, and campaign effectiveness.
- Introduce innovative marketing approaches, tools, and platforms to differentiate the Company in the marketplace.
IV. Leadership & Collaboration
- Provide direction and mentorship to marketing team members to enhance capability and performance.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for both ongoing and strategic initiatives.
- Support marketing requirements for Company-level initiatives and corporate priorities.
Qualifications & Core Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- At least 8 years of marketing experience, with strong exposure to B2C environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in content development, digital marketing, and integrated communications.
- Proven experience managing PR agencies, and strong familiarity with Singapore’s media landscape, including journalist engagement.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across multiple countries.
