Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, with proven hands‑on execution in campaign management.

  • Strong understanding of 360° marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and offline channels.

  • Strong written, visual, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Data‑driven mindset, proficient in using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing dashboards to guide strategic decisions.

  • Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Knowledge of basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) is advantageous.

  • Prior experience in the commercial vehicle/automotive industry will be a strong plus.

Job Responsibilities

  • Propose promotional campaigns and branding initiatives to improve vehicle utilization and brand positioning.

  • Track key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.

  • Develop and manage social media content calendars to strengthen brand presence and engagement.

  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including customer segmentation, automated workflows, and performance reporting using platforms such as Mailchimp and SendGrid.

  • Update and maintain website content via CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), ensuring SEO best practices are applied.

  • Explore and implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to maximize customer acquisition and retention.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, after‑sales support, operations) to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
