Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, ensuring service delivery, and handling budget revisions and emergency planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ proven track record in shipping or related experience in crewing operation.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customer contacts.
• Work closely with Fleet Group and Crewing Operations for service delivery.
• Function as point of contact for crew matters between Fleets and Crewing Operations.
• Prepare and secure budget revisions annually.
• Handle tasks related to the Company’s Emergency Contingency Plan.
