Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of shore-based experience as a Marine Superintendent or in a similar role.
• Ability to liaise with clients in English and Chinese.
• Willingness to travel and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Ensure navigation practices meet industry standards.
• Act as liaison with vessels and authorities for flag & port state matters.
• Conduct internal audits and inspections for vessels.
• Prepare vessels for inspections and follow up on findings.
