As part of the Changi East Safety Division, you will join the team responsible for managing Changi East site, ensuring that maintenance and coordination activities are diligently carried out by the respective vendors/contractors at Changi East site to support the development ofChangi Airport’s Terminal 5. You will lead the orchestration of site management contractors to fulfil all site security, safety, and maintenance objectives in accordance with contractual obligations. In addition, you will work closely with other stakeholders, including construction project teams, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements for aerodrome safety, workplace safety & health (WSH) and site operations.

Job Description
  1. Oversee site operations and lead coordination efforts between CAG and respective site management contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements and contractual obligations.
  2. Manage site management contracts to ensure compliance, and lead procurement efforts for new contracts and renewals.
  3. Identify challenges and inefficiencies in existing site management operations, and lead efforts to address such gaps.
  4. Lead and drive projects to enhance site management operations, including changes to work policies, implementing new work processes, and leveraging technology solutions to improve performance.
  5. Drive and build collaboration amongst both internal and external stakeholders with the common objective of ensuring high standards of security, safety and maintenance of the work site.
  6. Plan and lead site inspections and audits to identify any shortcomings in safety, security, maintenance, or operations, and to oversee implementation of necessary corrective actions by responsible parties.
  7. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned to fulfil the site management function.
Job Requirements
  1. Degree in any discipline with at least 12 years of relevant working experience in medium/large corporations (preferably in Facilities/Building Management, Civil Engineering, Ground Operations in aviation, construction projects, or any related field).
  2. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levelsand deliver presentations effectively.
  3. Experience in managing teams through clear task delegation and resource allocation.
  4. Self-driven and meticulous, with the ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  5. This is a contract position.
