Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Accounting or Business Administration with at least two years of relevant experience in finance/budget-related areas.
• Experience in Government agencies/public organisations, with knowledge in public sector financing and governance is preferred.
• Experience in data analytics and RPA is advantageous.
• Possess analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and implement programme evaluation framework to strengthen the feedback loop between resourcing and outcomes.
• Support transformation of the organisation through automation and digitalisation.
• Identify areas within the organisation that can benefit from automation and digitalisation.
• Map out the business process maps for As-Is and To-Be Process.
• Develop strategies to streamline processes by eliminating unnecessary steps and optimising workflows.
• Develop strategies and plans to implement automation and digitalisation initiatives including change management proposals.
• Build/implement and test the proposed automation and digitalisation initiatives to ensure streamlined process.
• Facilitate training and change management to ensure smooth adoption of new automated and digital processes.
