Job summary

A leading telecommunications company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Transformation Manager to deliver enterprise-wide process automation initiatives. The successful candidate will drive the transformation of business processes through intelligent automation and AI solutions, enhancing operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing digital project delivery, leading process redesign, and engaging with stakeholders. A degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in digital transformation are required. Flexible work arrangements and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in driving digital transformation and process automation.
• Knowledge of RPA and automation methodologies.
• Certification in Process Automation Technologies is a plus.
• Project Management Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic automation transformation roadmap across various departments.
• Assist with end-to-end digital project delivery.
• Lead the mapping and redesign of business processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with business unit stakeholders.
• Administer operations and maintenance of Automation and AI solutions.
• Organize training sessions to enable effective tool adoption.
• Maintain policies and best practices for digital initiatives.
• Manage vendor contracts and procurement activities.
