• At least 3 years’ experience in delivering transformation of operations, services, work processes or communications.
• Experience in applying design thinking, behavioural insights, service design or other process improvement tools to drive transformation.
• Able to understand and align diverse stakeholders' needs.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, develop and implement business transformation initiatives across work pass digital services.
• Engage employers, public agencies and service providers to secure support towards implementation.
• Guide the design team and ensure digital screens meet quality standards.
