Job summary

Ministry of Defence of Singapore seeks a professional to drive efficiency and digital innovation by identifying and implementing automation solutions, including RPA, and leading process re-engineering to transform manual tasks into streamlined, digital-first workflows.

You will manage access rights, engage diverse stakeholders, and continuously explore new tools to optimize daily operations.

Qualifications

• Education in Computer Science, Programming, Digitalisation or a related technical field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tools and macro-based automation.
• Ability to manage and engage diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements (Applicants with no experience may apply.) Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement automation solutions (RPA, AI, macros) to improve workflows.
• Oversee access rights and user permissions for secure digital operations.
• Lead re-engineering to transform manual tasks into digital-first processes.
• Evaluate and propose new digital tools to enhance daily workflows.
