Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years’ experience with technical skills such as programming, RPA and data analytics.
• Experience/knowledge in stakeholder engagement and project management.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies like IoT or robotics is an advantage.
• Ability to translate high-level strategy into executable plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good time management and multi-project handling.
• Good written and oral communication; interpersonal skills and team player.

Responsibilities

• Implement projects using tools like Robotic Process Automation and data analytics.
• Conduct strategic engagements with internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvements and research best practices.
• Establish contacts with public agencies and industry partners.
• Design plans for approval and seek budget funding with MOM senior management.
• Manage proofs-of-concept and pilots, leading to deployment and scaling.
• Prioritize and manage Service Requests and maximize team value.
• Engage stakeholders for buy-in, verification, and information.
