DESIGNATION

Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role is responsible for driving strategy, execution, and performance across integrated marketing efforts, including national campaigns and strategic partnerships. It requires an experienced marketing leader who can build relationships, exercise sound judgement, and lead complex, multi‑stakeholder executions in service of NVPC's mission and giving.sg's objectives.

Key responsibilities
Key Campaign Management
  • Co‑lead the end‑to‑end planning, execution, and optimisation of national‑level giving marketing campaigns on giving.sg from campaign strategy and channel planning to delivery, evaluation, and post‑campaign learning.
  • Translate organisational and campaign objectives into integrated marketing strategies that balance public and partners (corporates and charities) participation, partner amplification, and clear pathways to action on giving.sg.
  • Oversee campaign readiness across creative, media, content, amplification, and reporting to ensure campaigns are execution‑ready and well‑coordinated.
  • Accountability for campaign outcomes, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives, timelines, and performance targets.
Platform Partnership Marketing Ownership
  • Act as a key point‑of‑contact for marketing efforts that support key platform corporate partnerships.
  • Co‑lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for platform partners, ensuring alignment with giving.sg objectives, messaging coherence, and effective use of channels.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional inputs across NVPC teams and external partners to deliver consistent, high‑quality partner marketing outcomes.
  • Manage trade‑offs between partner needs and platform priorities, making clear recommendations to support organisational goals.
Integrated marketing strategy and delivery
  • Co‑lead integrated marketing communications across digital, social, search, media, partnerships, and offline channels for giving.sg and priority NVPC initiatives.
  • Develop clear marketing plans, and execution frameworks that support awareness, engagement, and conversion objectives.
  • Manage multiple campaigns and workstreams concurrently, maintaining quality, consistency, and delivery discipline.
Performance and technical marketing
  • Own and manage paid media across platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, with hands‑on expertise in Ads Manager, targeting, optimisation, and budget management.
  • Plan and oversee media buys across digital and offline channels, working with media agencies, media owners, and partners where relevant.
  • Track, analyse, and interpret campaign and channel performance, applying insights to optimise traffic, sign‑ups, and conversions on giving.sg.
  • Ensure marketing performance is measurable, transparent, and aligned with platform and organisational priorities.
Creative, content, and brand stewardship
  • Work with internal teams and external agencies to develop effective, accessible, and high‑quality marketing assets across channels.
  • Ensure inspiring storytelling about giving and volunteerism is paired with clarity of action and measurable outcomes.
Stakeholder and delivery leadership
  • Able to lead engagements with internal stakeholders across NVPC, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with programme, partnership, and organisational objectives.
  • Manage external agencies and partners with clear briefs, governance, and performance expectations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes, standards, and ways of working.
QUALIFICATIONS
What we are looking for: Experience and skills
  • 7-10+ years of experience in marketing communications, integrated marketing, or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with paid media platforms, media buying, and campaign optimisation across digital and offline channels.
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi‑stakeholder campaigns with end‑to‑end accountability.
  • Solid understanding of marketing analytics, performance measurement, and reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior internal and external stakeholders.
Attributes
  • Able to operate independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Confident, credible, and comfortable to adapt in complex environments.
